Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! We spent the day celebrating as a family, including a visit to a lovely park with wonderful views of Philadelphia. Yesterday, we met the Krays and Gavin attended his first baseball game! As you can see, the boys had as much fun exploring the grounds as they did watching the game.

Thanks to all of the grandparents who helped with our little man the past few weeks as we attended a wedding, and spent time celebrating our anniversary in Newport.

Beach Bum!

Gavin was very excited to use the beach toys the Easter Bunny brought him, so we headed to Long Beach Island this weekend to spend time with family and friends. As you can see, the chilly weather didn't keep us from the beach!

In case anyone is wondering, Gavin's Mommy has accepted the fact that he is now walking - and just in time, because he's picking up speed and will be out running his parents in no time.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter! We spent the weekend in CT and had a wonderful time. Gavin was much more aware during his second Easter celebration, and he was thrilled to learn he received a visit from the Easter Bunny, who he'd met a few days prior.

You will also notice that to match his spiffy new outfit, Gavin wanted to make certain his hair was groomed, so Mommy took him for his first hair cut. He was very well-behaved!

We hope everyone enjoyed their holiday.

Good-bye, February!

What a snowy mess of a month! Focusing away from the weather, Gavin enjoyed his second Valentine's Day - and first swim class. The jury is still out on whether or not Gavin enjoys playing in the snow, but it sure gets his attention while it's falling. Having just had his fourth molar come in, Gavin has tried a ton of new foods in the past few weeks - loving just about all of them.

We're all anxious for the weather to warm up so we can get back outside for long walks and fresh air without wearing too many layers. Looking forward to our visit to see the Krays in DC next weekend!

Snowed in!

You'd think with four feet of snow in five days, we would have had more time to do a post! Needless to say, it's been an interesting week with the historic weather we have received. Gavin loves the snow, especially when Mommy and Daddy look away long enough for him to sneak some into his mouth!
